That was the advice she gave…it was practical and appeared heart felt. If only she knew that in that moment she would be making a choice that she could never take back. After all who wouldn’t listen to her, she was kind even tempered and full of influence. Allison had not know Josh long but on the advice of Kate she took a leap of “faith” and told herself that she would be ok. The loud voices in her head were all wrong. How could she know that the situations from her past were the light house beckoning her to swim to safer shores, but Kate said that it was a good idea. He was cute funny and for the first time paid attention to her. He gave her the attention that she craved and filled a place in her that was in drought for so many seasons.
